Most personal information is provided to us through our website forms, emails, phone and direct contact.

How is the data being used:
Data is used for the purpose of carrying out inventory service at the property, such as compiling inventory reports, tenants check in/out and mid-term inspection. This involves confirming data with relevant party, sending out reports to relevant party, liaising regarding any amendments and disputes on reports. Also for Producing and sending billing invoice for the service requested.  We do not sell your data or use it for any marketing purposes.

Who are you sharing it with: 
The inventory report is normally issued to the agent, landlord and tenants.  It can also be shared with the deposit schemes and third parties for legal requirements, e.g. the courts, in case of disputes.

Where is it held:

Data security is very important to us, and to protect your data we have taken suitable measures to safeguard and secure you data collected by us.  This includes electronic protection such as antivirus.  Completed reports are securely saved on our hard drive.

How long do we hold the data:
The data is held throughout our business dealing. After that we will keep it for 7 years (or whatever the law requires) to comply with any disputes that may arise, court attendance and responding to industry regulators.  It will then be deleted securely.
